Delivery time?

We usually pick, pack & ship within 24 hours for next day delivery, so allow 2 days maybe 3 before your order arrives.

Trade terms?

We aim to support all our loyal retailers with back up stock and full inventory availability whenever possible. In today's tough economic times it has become necessary to curtail credit facilities beyond this, we will check your order and contact you to confirm all is good, if not you won't be charged and if you are and suffer a short delivery we will endeavour to get your missing stock to you as quickly as possible, please advise of any discrepancy's within 7 days. Once we have confirmed your order and the sum involved you can pay by direct bank transfer, cheque (slowest method) or by debit or credit card facility. We charge an additional 2% for credit card payments to cover fees, there is no charge for debit card payments.

Can I buy a single candle?

Yes but this is an expensive option because of postage costs added to your order. If you are buying several products the carriage cost is the same flat charge.
